Billing

Payment Method

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Subscription Cycle

Your subscription renews monthly on the same day you created it. You'll be charged automatically each month.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. Stripe will retry the payment over a few days
  3. If all retries fail, your subscription will be cancelled

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  1. Your server enters a 7-day grace period
  2. The server remains accessible during this time
  3. You'll receive a final warning email 24 hours before deletion
  4. After 7 days, the server and all data are permanently deleted

To keep your server, create a new subscription before the grace period ends.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months. You can use your server until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

Upgrading / Downgrading

Plan changes are currently handled manually. Contact support to change your plan.
